Q. What if someone gets hurt at my home or something is broken?
A. No worries for you, we are a reputable company. We have workman’s compensation which covers our employees and carry liability for accidents and Bond insurance.
Q. Are you insured against damages? What about objects of sentimental value?
A. At Natalina Enterprises, we treat your home as we would our own. However, in the event that an object is accidentally damaged, please notify our office within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will take action to provide compensation. We understand that our clients have sentimentally valuable items which may not be replaceable, which is why we take extra care in your home to be respectful of all your belongings. We are licensed, bonded and fully insured.

Q. How much will it cost to clean my home?
A. Pricing is not fixed; it will depend on several factors. Those factors are: Size of your home, condition of your home, frequency of cleaning, how many pets are in your home and time estimated for your cleaning. We offer a FREE Quote to all our customers.
Q. What if I just want my Kitchen and Baths done?
A. No problem, we can do that. We can come and quote that for you.
Q. Can I get a quote over the phone?
A. No, I am sorry it is impossible to be accurate over the phone. Plus we want to meet you and understand your expectations and concerns. We schedule quotes at your convenience, Monday-Saturday.
Q. When you come to quote a clean, do you give the price right then?
A. Yes, you will receive a quote right then and you can compare us to other cleaning companies before letting us know.
Q. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
A. We offer a referral discount that entitles you to 10% off your next Home Cleaning when you refer a new client to our services. If you refer four new clients to us, you will receive a 4 hour complimentary cleaning! We also offer seasonal discounts which we publish once a month.
What can we expect with hiring a cleaning company?

Q. How do I pay?
A. We accept Checks (payable to Natalina Enterprises LLC), Cash (call the office to make arrangements) and Credit Cards via PayPal. You must make payment arrangements prior to your cleaning.
Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. Yes we do! Check the button at the top that says discounts and coupons, plus we offer discounts to Seniors, Veterans, Cancer patients, and for referrals.
Q. Do you have gift certificates?
A. Yes we do!!! Just give us a call, what a wonderful gift!
Q. What if I have to cancel?
A. At Natalina Enterprises LLC we require at least a 48 hour notice of cancellation, without a notice you can be charged a $25.00 trip fee. If you have a serious situation please call as soon as you know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q. Does Natalina Enterprises LLC provide cleaning supplies?
A. Natalina only provide vacuum and clean rags, products are to be provided by the clients, every client like different product in the homes.
Q. Why does the first time cleaning cost more?
A. The first cleaning of your home will cost more because it takes more time for us to clean. We give your home or office a thorough first time cleaning that helps us maintain the cleanliness of your home for subsequent cleanings.
Q. Does Busy Bees Cleaning offer “GREEN” services?
A. Yes, we do if you want them.

Q. How often do you clean?
A. Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, and even 1 time cleaning.
Q. How many people will be coming to my home to clean?
A. Only 2 people. We will always do our best to send 2 but sometimes 3 will come if we are training or in order to fit everyone in a busy scheduled day.
Q. Will I always have the same cleaning person?
A. We always strive to send the same cleaning person. Sometimes due to emergencies that just isn’t possible. You will always be called and informed if someone new has to come.
Q. Do we have to be home for the cleaning?
A. Absolutely not! Most of our customers are not home. And what a wonderful feeling to come home to a fresh clean home after a long day at work.
Q. Do I need to give you keys to my home?
A. No, not necessarily. Some give us keys, some alarm codes and some meet us at their home. Whatever you are comfortable with.
Q. What are the hours for residential cleaning?
A. Residential Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm & Saturdays 8am-12pm
Q. Can you clean on Saturdays?
A. Normally for residential cleaning we do not, however; in the event someone needs a Saturday clean, it will cost extra.
Q. What needs to be done before a cleaning?
A. In order for our job to be more efficient please be sure to pick up all clothing, toys and other items off the floors prior to our arrival.
Q. What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?
A. If you have pets, we ask that you prevent them from entering the areas that we clean. For sanitary and safety reasons our teams are not permitted to clean flea infested homes or pick up animal excrement.
Q. Do you do laundry?
A. Yes, we can do laundry; however keep in mind we cannot get a lot done in the time we are at your home and laundry costs extra. Just call the office or talk to your cleaning person.
Q. Do you do Windows?
A. Yes we do! That is at an extra charge. Those things have to be scheduled in advance to allow enough time for your windows to be cleaned. Please call the office in advance for scheduling window cleaning.
Q. Do you clean Ovens and Refrigerators?
A. Yes we do, but again they are at an extra charge of $25 each and must be scheduled.
Q. Is your maid service guaranteed?
A. We offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee to all its clients. If you are not satisfied with our service, call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean your home until you are 100% satisfied.
Q. What would your cleaning member not clean?
A. Our maids will not clean human or pet feces, vomit, urine or blood due to sanitary reasons.
Q. Do you require contracts?
A. No, we do not require that you sign any contracts. We depend on our high quality of service to keep you as a satisfied long term client. You can stop anytime, simply e-mail or call us.
Q. What is mildew and how can I get rid of it?
A. Mildew is a type of fungus that can be found growing on a multitude of surfaces where moisture and temperature levels are high. Mildew can typically be identified by its color ranging from a pinkish-orange to black. Most mildews are caused by an overgrowth of its close cousin, mold. Our professional house cleaners will be able to impede the growth of mildew by removing the built up food sources that it lives on, such as soap, skin, hair and etc. However, as long as humidity is present, mildew will grow in the area. To stop the growth of mildew, the area must be kept dry or in many cases, it must be chemically treated. Chlorine bleach is a good sanitizer to use on an infected area. To reduce the pungent odor of the bleach, dilute it up to 50% with water. The most practical application method would be to lightly spray the mildew affected area. It is not necessary to apply bleach to uninfected areas. Leave the bleach in contact with the surface area for at least an hour. Rinse any area that you will touch in later use. Repeat the application on a bi-weekly basis or when mildew reappears. While chlorine bleach is not a Green Seal Certified® chemical, it must be used in some severe cases when you or your family’s health is at risk. Because this product is not Green Seal Certified®
